Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT) is a goal-oriented clinical intervention led by a certified therapist. A therapy animal’s non-judgmental presence supports emotional processing, connection, and personal growth within a safe, structured environment. 動物輔助治療（AAT）是由認證治療師帶領的目標導向臨床介入。治療動物不加評判的陪伴，在安全、有結構的環境中支援情緒處理、連結和個人成長。
